From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The booking process was smooth and straightforward, and upon arrival the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Check-in was fast and efficient, and our pilot introduced herself with professionalism, clearly explaining all the safety information before the flight. The flight itself was brilliant. The pilot kept us informed about conditions, including when crosswinds might affect the ride, which gave us confidence and reassurance. The historical information shared during the journey was engaging, and the music playlist added a special touch — especially during takeoff. Landing in the Grand Canyon was seamless, and it was an unforgettable moment to witness my son propose to his girlfriend in such a breathtaking setting. The return flight over the Las Vegas Strip was stunning, providing the perfect finale to an already incredible day. This was my second time flying with ZMZ Brick, and once again they exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a memorable and well-organized helicopter tour
