For this reason they have junk mail filters that in some cases only allow those email addresses that are in your address book to arrive in your inbox. For this reason it is important that livechat@flymaverick.com is added to your address book so that you receive any booking information or other important emails from us that relate to any tour you have booked online with us. If you should not receive an email within 24 hours we suggest contacting our reservation department at 1-888-261-4414.

When we land at the canyon will there be a restroom available?

If you’re going to be doing a tour that lands on our private bluff 3,500 feet below the canyon rim we strongly suggest that you use the restroom at our terminal before your tour since the only thing you will have available to you at the canyon will be his and hers Cacti. No. There are no service animals permitted on any of the helicopter flights. Additionally, as no one can be certain of how an animal will react when highly stressed or traumatized, their access to the flight controls is a major safety concern to all aboard the helicopter, especially in the event of an emergency.

If the animal carrier does not fit in the 16” x 16” x 9.5” high space, then transportation of the service animal will be denied. Transportation of the service animal will also be denied if no proof is provided that the animal is a service animal. Transportation of unusual service animals (e.g., snakes, other reptiles, ferrets, rodents, and spiders) will also be denied.
